Self-Paced, On-Demand Courses

By purchasing a Self-Paced, On-Demand Course, you will receive 12 months of access to all course content, including videos, resources, and downloadable materials. Access starts on the date of purchase. Login details are non-transferable and must not be shared.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
• After 7 days or if more than 10% of the course content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.

Live & Online Courses

By registering for a Live & Online Course, you are securing a place in a live, interactive course delivered via video conferencing platforms. Course places are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Login details are specific to the registered participant and must not be shared.

Refund Policy:

• Up to 21 days prior to the course start date: Refund less a $50 administrative fee.
• 8 to 20 days prior to the course start date: Refund available for 50% of the course fee.
• Within 7 days of the course start date: No refunds. However, your registration may be transferred to a colleague if they submit their own registration form with their details.

Cancellations by the Provider:
If the course is cancelled by the provider due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund of the course fee.

By registering for a Live & In-Person Course, you are securing a place at an in-person event. Course places are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Attendance is limited to the registered participant and spots cannot be shared.
